EXPERIENCE
Over the last seven years, I've worn multiple hats and engaged in various projects. Here’s a glimpse into my path:

A few words about me
People know me as a wacky designer, a human-computer interaction nerd, a decent guitarist, and a geography buff.
At work, I like to bring a healthy dose of contrarian thinking while managing to help teams make sense of messy ideas. My process is structured and deliberate, and by asking challenging questions and fostering iteration, I can overcome ambiguity in early product stages. Over the past four years, I’ve been designing for large, unconventional touchscreens in culture, tourism, and public spaces, which has given me a unique edge on both digital and physical accessibility.
These days, you’ll find me creating thoughtful interactive systems for museums and cultural spaces, and occasionally side-gigging some web applications. My work revolves around everyone at the table, thinking about the person using the product, the developer building it, and the business betting on it. If all three win, the design has done its job.
I’m based in Braga, Portugal, but originally hail from the tiny village of Montalegre, the Cheerful Mountain. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me free-touring around Braga or reading a book at the beach.
I'm fascinated by human psychology and have a naturally default mode of self-consciousness and awareness of others, which has built me into a highly empathetic individual. Interestingly, this not only levels up my design game but also tends to put me in the not-so-typical role of unofficial therapist.
